Improving Everything is now live
After a long stretch of writing, rewriting, and figuring out how to say what I actually mean, Improving Everything is officially out — available now on Amazon as a Kindle eBook and in paperback.
This book started from a simple frustration: most personal development advice tackles one thing at a time. Fix your sleep. Fix your mindset. Fix your finances. But life doesn’t work in silos — your sleep affects your mindset, your mindset affects your relationships, your relationships affect what you’re able to build. I wanted a book that treated improvement as one connected system, not eight separate self-help books stapled together.
So that’s what Improving Everything is: a practical framework across eight areas of life —
- Health Foundations — nutrition, sleep, exercise, and the basics that everything else depends on
- Spiritual Alignment — awareness, attention, and how you actually experience your own life
- Mindset & Behaviour — how consistent action actually gets built, not just intended
- Skill Development — learning, thinking clearly, and finding where your effort matters most
- Relationships & Community — from family to friendships to the digital spaces we spend so much time in
- Environment & Sustainability — how your surroundings shape your behaviour, for better or worse
- Longevity & Healthspan — separating what’s genuinely useful from what’s just hype
- Abundance & Contribution — wealth, freedom, and what you ultimately leave behind
Every chapter follows the same structure: the core principle, what’s actually happening for most people, a simple framework, and — most importantly — a clear, minimum standard you can act on. No perfection required. Just a next step.

If you’ve been following along here, you already know this book is the foundation for something bigger I’m building — a full course that turns this material into a guided, week-by-week experience with a community around it. That’s still in the works. For now, the book stands on its own, and I’d love for you to read it.
If you do pick it up, a review on Amazon — even a short one — genuinely helps other people find it. Thank you for being here for this.
